When you arrive, park in front of the main entrance of Chateau GrandCastle. Upon entering the Magdalena Zai Restaurant, you will go down the corridor to the hotel reception, where you will be given all the necessary information regarding accommodation, meals, parking, wellness and tours of the Castle and Manor. At the time of accommodation, the reception staff will gladly answer all your questions and escort you to your room. The room is available to you on the day of arrival from 15:00. If you are interested in an earlier arrival, do not hesitate to contact the Chateau GrandCastle reception in advance. In case of arrival after 20:00, report a late arrival at the reception, who will specify the next procedure regarding your arrival.
The room is normally available to you on the day of departure until 10:00. If you are interested in a later check-out, do not hesitate to contact the Chateau GrandCastle reception. Based on availability, we will be happy to extend your stay until 12:00 free of charge, in case of later departure you will be charged a fee according to the valid price list.
Breakfast in the form of buffet tables is served every day at the standard time from 8:00 to 10:00 in the Magdalena Zai Restaurant. If you are interested in adjusting the time to your needs or other services, contact the reception. Dinners in the form of half board are served from 17:00 to 20:00 in the form of a 3-course tasting menu consisting of soup, a choice of main course and dessert in the Magdalena Zai Restaurant. In other cases, it is possible to choose à la carte within the opening hours of the Magdalena Zai Restaurant. Room service is also available according to the price list.
Currently, Chateau GrandCastle does not have rooms equipped for immobile guests. However, based on availability, we can ensure that guests with reduced mobility do not have to climb any stairs when entering their room. The Chateau GrandCastle accommodation, as well as the entire area of the Castle and Manor, is non-smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and common areas of the complex. Smoking is only possible in designated outdoor areas equipped with ashtrays.

There is a reserved outdoor free parking lot for hotel guests in the Chateau GrandCastle area. The area is monitored by a camera system. Access to the parking lot will be given to you after your arrival at the Chateau GrandCastle reception.
During the summer months, the temperature of the common areas and rooms is very pleasant. During the transition and winter months, all rooms are heated, so you don't have to worry about your room being cold. However, it is necessary to take into account that it is colder in the common areas of the castle precisely because of the stone walls. We therefore recommend that guests dress warmly when staying in the freely accessible areas of the castle and manor house.
Well-behaved dogs are warmly welcome at Chateau GrandCastle. In your room, bowls will be prepared for your four-legged friend, with the exception of food. If your dog accidentally causes any damage, we will have to charge you for it. We charge a one-time fee for a well-behaved dog for the entire length of stay according to the current price list. If you are interested in bringing another animal, do not hesitate to contact the Chateau GrandCastle reception, with whom individual conditions will be agreed.
We want you to feel as good as possible with us, so there is no specific dress code. You can wear whatever you feel comfortable wearing. We will be happy if you choose the path of comfortable elegance, because your elegant appearance will make it more pleasant and preserve the atmosphere that is characteristic of our historic hotel.
The castle wellness is available exclusively for staying guests between 15:00 and 21:00. The premises have a Finnish sauna, a whirlpool, a pool with massage jets and a relaxation room. In case of interest, it is possible to reserve the wellness areas privately, more information will be provided by the staff at the reception.
